Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily reception operations for a 2-3-week contract position. Located in Edmond, OK, this role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, helping create a welcoming and efficient office environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a detail-oriented presence, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and care.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and clients with a courteous, detail-oriented approach and ensure a positive first impression of the office.
Alert providers or appropriate team members when clients arrive so appointments and meetings stay on schedule.
Oversee day-to-day reception activities, including monitoring the front desk and maintaining smooth lobby operations.
Accept incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, then sort and route items to the correct recipients in a timely manner.
Keep the reception and common front-office areas neat, orderly, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
Perform basic administrative support tasks such as scanning documents, filing records, and entering information into office systems.
Assist team members with assigned clerical projects and other general office support needs as priorities shift.
Deliver attentive customer service when responding to questions from visitors, internal staff, and callers on a multi-line phone system.
Requirements Requirements:
Prior experience in a front desk, reception, concierge, or administrative support role is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to provide strong customer service and build positive interactions with visitors and colleagues.
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with a courteous and detail-focused demeanor.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications along with standard office equipment and multi-line phone systems.
Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and accuracy in routine administrative work.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, adjust priorities, and remain composed in a busy office setting.
Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a consistently neat appearance are required.
