Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role combines exceptional customer service with efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations. As the first point of contact, you will create a positive impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help foster a professional and inviting environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing exceptional customer service and assistance Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle all front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records Operate office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks Support office management activities including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping tasks Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining organized filing systems Provide support for administrative projects and act as a personal assistant when needed to ensure efficient office operations Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools Prior experience working with multi-line phone systems and demonstrating professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain high levels of accuracy in proofreading and data entry Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where professionalism meets warmth!
