QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a high school diploma/GED and/or Vocational secretaries training or trade school. Requires computer proficiency and knowledge of efficient office procedures. Experience in multi-phone line system with good communication skills and postage machines is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable. Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality. Must be willing to obtain cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid Certifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling administrative functions within the childcare center Assists with ordering and entering all purchase orders as requested by Office Manager Assist the Office Manager as needed with all projects and duties Aiding childcare teachers and staff as requested by Office Manager and Teacher Coordinator Greeting and assisting parents and children upon arrival Monitoring Bright Wheel for incoming messages Processing, checking and directing mail daily including incoming packages All other duties as assigned All new hires will be required by the Kaw Nation (post hire) to submit to an employment drug screen. Failure to pass the post hire drub screen will lead to withdrawal of the job offer or termination of employment. 401K
