Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Receptionist Duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
• Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service to patients or clients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in an office or receptionist role preferred
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience working in a dental or medical office is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
