NOW HIRING FULL-TIME FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST FOR A BUSY UROLOGY CLINIC

Urologic Specialists of Oklahoma is seeking a Full-Time Patient Access Representative. Hours are typically 7:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 7:30am-1pm Fridays.

Responsibilities:

Greets patients in a friendly, professional manner. Works as part of the clinic team in an effective and efficient manner to accomplish daily objectives. Liaison between patients and staff. Respects and maintains patient confidentiality. Remains calm under pressure and handles difficult situations tactfully. Demonstrates effective and accurate verbal, written and electronic communication, and participates in clinic initiatives and operations. Accurately collects and records all applicable patient demographic information. Obtains needed signatures and payments. Friday afternoons off

Preferred Experience:

Medical office experience preferred. • Must pass pre-employment examination.
