Nail Salon Receptionist

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Salon Receptionist will play a key role in enhancing the client experience while supporting salon operations. Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using POS systems Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Maintain an organized reception area, including merchandising and stocking supplies Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations Address client concerns promptly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or salon environment Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
