The Optician will help customers choose frames that fit their style and prescription needs, properly dispense completed glasses, and ensure insurance benefits are applied correctly. Potential to make more once trained and working on your own.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting appropriate frames based on prescription, fit, and style Dispense completed eyeglasses and ensure proper fit and comfort Verify and apply vision insurance benefits accurately during the sales process Process eyewear orders and maintain accurate records Provide excellent customer service and answer basic questions about frames and lenses Maintain organization of frame displays and inventory

Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail when processing orders and insurance information Basic knowledge of eyewear and frame fitting preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment 4 weekend days a month
