JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness of our customer lounge. Description The Part-Time Receptionist position at Jim Glover Chevrolet in Tulsa, Oklahoma is a valuable role within our company. As the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist plays a crucial part in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression. Schedule This position features a rotating schedule, alternating workdays with another part-time receptionist. Evening shifts are scheduled Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Morning shifts are scheduled every other Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Compensation $13.00/hour Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence Maintain a clean and organized customer lounge by tidying up and restocking supplies as needed Requirements Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality Benefits Competitive hourly wage Flexible schedule Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company About the Company Jim Glover Chevrolet is a reputable automotive dealership located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
