Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Weekend Receptionist to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff during weekend hours. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure smooth operations at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties Greet visitors warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries promptly and professionally Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, transferring or taking messages as needed Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and updating records in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications Provide customer support by addressing questions or concerns efficiently and courteously Give new prospects a tour of the community Skills Proven experience in front desk operations and office management roles Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele better Demonstrated experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Adept at data entry, proofreading, filing, and general clerical work Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Previous personal assistant or administrative experience is advantageous Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets lively energy!
