• paced Cardiology clinic seeking a dedicated full-time front office receptionist.

EPIC/EHR

experience and knowledge of HIPAA is preferred. Must have a positive attitude, ability to work as a team, ability to take direction, ability to manage multiple tasks and the desire to give patients a positive experience. Candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, punctual, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Front Office Receptionist is responsible for:

• Checking patients in for appointments:
• Verify identity of patient
• Verify insurance information
• Verify demographic information
• Ensure all necessary forms are complete
• Collect payments on accounts and copays
• Phone coverage
• Facilitating patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff
