Job Description

Are you an experienced veterinary receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with clients and their pets? If so, we'd love to meet you! Our busy, growing four-doctor veterinary practice in Annville, PA is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. We are committed to providing exceptional medical care and compassionate service to our patients and clients, and we're looking for someone who shares that passion. As the first point of contact for our practice, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for our clients while helping keep our daily operations running smoothly.

PM What We're Looking For:
Previous veterinary reception (or former CVT/assistant) experience required Positive, professional, and compassionate attitude Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with computers; experience with Avimark is a plus Reliable team player with strong attention to detail Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Scheduling and coordinating appointments Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answering and directing phone calls Managing multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day Processing medication and prescription food refill requests Maintaining accurate client and patient records Supporting the veterinary team to ensure efficient daily operations We are a daytime practice and do not provide overnight emergency services, allowing for a more predictable work-life balance.
