Receptionist - Bainbridge, PA
Overview Our company is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to support daily office operations. In this temporary full-time role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors while assisting with a variety of administrative and clerical duties. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and visitors, creating a positive first impression.
Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Process customer orders through Shopify and ensure order information is accurate.
Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail and UPS shipments.
Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation.
Perform data entry and update information in company systems.
Assist customers by responding to inquiries and providing timely support.
Support the office team with administrative projects and general clerical tasks.
Help maintain an organized and efficient front office environment.
Complete additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and other business software applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Compensation & Schedule

Temporary position expected to last until December 2026
Pay:
$17- $19/hour DOE
Expected Hours:
40 hours per week
Schedule:
On-site Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm
