Job Description

Community Veterinary Practice is a two-doctor small animal practice located in Bath, PA. We have been in practice for 20 years. We are currently looking to fill a full-time receptionist position. Part-time can be considered for the right candidate. In addition to greeting clients and handling calls you would be required to manage the scheduling and oversee daily operations. This position requires a practical knowledge of hospital organization and previous veterinary background to ensure the reception area runs smoothly. It is important that you present a professional image and provide exceptional customer service. If you possess outstanding multitasking skills, proficiency with multi-line phone systems, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and superior work ethic, we would love to hear from you. Our small animal companion private practice was built in 2006 on several acres of beautiful property in a rural setting in Northampton County. We are in the heart of the Lehigh Valley and easily accessible from several locations by highway.
