Join our client service team, and be a part of the reason why this position is the cornerstone of our practice. Your client service skills, willingness to learn on the job, and positive team approach will make you a successful member of our team. The position is responsible for managing the total client experience from appointment booking to billing. The position requires the ability to build relationships with clients and teammates through compassion, veterinary knowledge, and dependability. Veterinary experience is preferred, though client service experience may serve as a substitute. Eligible candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. This full time opportunity ranges from 38-40 hours weekly, and includes evenings, and rotating weekend schedules. These hours are shared by the entire client service team.
