Our team values professionalism, compassion, and efficiency, and we are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who will be the first smiling face our patients see. Position Overview The Front Desk Coordinator plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally Answer multi-line phone system and manage patient inquiries Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Verify insurance benefits and eligibility Collect co-pays and process payments Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow Qualifications Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures Experience with dental software is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills
