Lenape Valley Foundations newest program, the Bright Path Center, is seeking compassionate and reliable Receptionists to serve as a welcoming face and voice to the individuals we serve. In this essential role, you will help create a calm, respectful, and supportive first point of contact for individuals, families, and partners as they access care. As part of a new program built on dignity, accessibility, and personcentered support, you will play an integral role from day one. Day, evening, and weekend shifts are available, offering flexibility while contributing to a missiondriven team focused on safety, service, and recovery. Prior experience in behavioral health, medical, substance use, or social services setting required.

Proficiency with computers and standard Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with Electronic Medical Records (preferred)Ability to commute to the Doylestown officeExcellent communication skills, especially over the phone and in personStrong attention to detailAbility to perform physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodation
Your RoleReception Responsibilities:
Greet all individuals with professionalism, warmth, and respect.

Register clients, verifying demographic and insurance information.

Use reports to confirm coverage for scheduled services and coordinate with billing staff as needed.

Maintain data integrity in the Electronic Medical Records system.

Complete daily opening and closing procedures.

Manage appointment cancellations for both clients and staff.
Call Center Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to incoming calls promptly, providing accurate information about LVF and community services.

Conduct brief, non-clinical initial screenings and escalate acute needs to the clinical team.

Respond to emergency codes and support waiting room safetyAnswer incoming calls, assess urgency, and transfer to appropriate staff or resources.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of LVF programs, admission criteria, and insurance coverage.

Verify insurance coverage and explain consent for treatment requirements.

Sort, route, and process incoming faxes and other correspondence along with related tasks.
