Client Care Coordinator - Simply Skin Medical Spa (Franklin Location)
Pay:
Starting at $16.00 per hour, pending experience

In person About the Role Simply Skin Medical Spa is seeking a friendly, motivated, and professional Client Care Coordinator to join our spa team at our Franklin location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can successfully manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day. Qualifications Friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Self-motivated and dependable Computer proficiency required, including: Microsoft Word Excel Internet and email use Previous spa experience and sales experience are a plus Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays MUST be able to come to our Clarion location for training Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting and assisting clients Answering phones and responding to client questions Scheduling appointments Coordinating client treatment plans Preparing treatment and spa rooms Assisting with retail product sales Laundry and light office cleaning Supporting the Simply Skin team in daily operations and client care Benefits Employee discount Paid time Off How to Apply If you feel you would be a great fit for this position, please submit your resume along with three professional references.
