Hello and thank you for your interest in Strategic Alliance Staffing! We are looking for a Dry Cleaner Front Desk Attendant to join our team.
Shift times are below:
Monday-Friday:
8:30am-5:30pm
Saturday:
8:30am-5:00pm Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to create a positive first impression for visitors and callers alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Heat seal press:
Utilize this machine to create barcode tickets for tracking. You will need to push the lever down, wait 8 seconds, and the barcode will be generated. Do not touch the hot part of the press. Process customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system Record customer data: clothing brand, fabric type, color, and type of garment. Then input the data into a computer. Receive, tag, and organize customer garments for dry cleaning services. Process customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments. Answer customer questions regarding services, pricing, and pickup times. Locate and retrieve completed customer orders for pickup. Inspect garments for stains, damages, or special cleaning instructions and communicate concerns to management. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and customer service area. Assist with sorting, bagging, and preparing completed orders. Answer phones and assist with scheduling or customer inquiries. Follow all company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the position. Experience Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with front desk duties. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Customer service experience required. Excellent phone etiquette with experience. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
