Salary:
starting at $17 / hour - depending on experience Job Summary This role is committed to delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming environment for all employees and guests. We value professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer support across all departments. Greet employees / visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor and direct them to the appropriate Human Resources Professional or respective department. Answer phones with a pleasant and courteous manner, respond to general inquiries, connect callers with respective departments, retrieve and direct calls from HR voicemail box. Responsible for issuing new and reprinting of employee IDs. Maintain the ID database. Respond to requests for employment verifications from employees and outside organizations. Create and maintain inventory on orientation materials. Assists walk-in candidates with accessing lobby computers to review and apply for open employment opportunities. Provide recruiter information to candidates upon completion. Assist as necessary with mass mailings and special projects. Maintain a neat and clean workspace. Any other duties as assigned. High school diploma Customer service experience in an office preferred. Ability to use excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to use computer, telephone, facsimile and copier. Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Word and Excel. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and hand sensitive information. Our Langhorne campus is home to 550 residents and provides outpatient and day programs.
