Customer Service Receptionist Lehighton, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22637460 Summary Lehighton, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 6 Months Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Customer Service Representative ICA and Standard Metal Industries, dual manufacturing companies, are seeking a well-rounded individual to fill a full-time Customer Service Representative position. A friendly, reliable, and detailed oriented person is needed to provide support to production and shipping, in a small office setting. The position will work closely with all managers to make sure all aspects of the office are taken care of. Must be dog friendly! Email resumes to icaaccounting@icafittings.com
General Duties:
  • Entering orders, scheduling incoming/outgoing shipments, and quoting customers
  • Production and Inventory Control
  • Answering and properly directing incoming calls
  • Filing Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, Data Entry and Time Management Skills
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail must
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under little supervision
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes without affecting quality of work
  • Must be motivated
