$15 - $18 per hour (based on experience)
Shifts:
Day, Evening, and Rotating Saturday Shifts Are you passionate about pets and love helping others? We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Macungie Animal Hospital, an AAHA-accredited practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love talking about pets, and are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Welcoming Clients:
Greet clients with a smile and make them feel comfortable and valued.
Appointment Scheduling:
Manage multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, and provide clients with accurate information.
Data Entry & Documentation:
Accurately create medical record entries, process transactions, and maintain up-to-date client files.
Customer Service Excellence:
Address client inquiries, solve problems efficiently, and ensure high satisfaction with our services.
Cashier Duties:
Handle invoicing for medical transactions and collect payments for services rendered.

You love animals and are genuinely excited to assist pet parents.
Strong Communicator:
You're patient, empathetic, and can clearly explain information to clients.
Problem Solver:
You are confident in troubleshooting, and if you're unsure, you'll do the research to find a solution.
Customer-Focused:
You understand the importance of creating a welcoming environment and building lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
Detail-Oriented:
Accurate data entry and medical record keeping are crucial in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering a high volume of incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries with care and precision. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, offering them personalized and empathetic assistance. Managing appointments, creating and maintaining client medical records, and processing payments for services.
