Job Overview Applebrook Golf Club is seeking a part-time receptionist for our clubhouse and dining program. Located only 5 miles from downtown West Chester, and 2 miles from historic Malvern, Applebrook is a members-only establishment that is focused on delivering consistent and exceptional experience from tee to table. Our contemporary Clubhouse is passionate about delivering our golf-centric members a unique and quality dining experience to compliment a day on one of the best golf courses in Pennsylvania.

! We will work around family schedules and commitments. Responsibilities Assisting members in making dining reservations. Directing member calls to the appropriate person or department. Placing and packing to-go orders using our POS system. Providing excellent, member-focused service at all times. Developing good rapport with our members to create a personalized experience. Requirements Energetic customer service skills and be focused on making every member feel at home. Flexible scheduling. Candidates should be available for a mix of morning and weekend shifts.

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
