Job Description

Overview We are seeking an organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff while ensuring smooth office operations. As the first point of contact, you will manage front desk responsibilities, coordinate administrative tasks, and support various office functions with enthusiasm and professionalism. Accounting and Book keeping experience are preferred. Knowledge in Lone Wolf is a plus. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, providing exceptional customer service with friendly phone etiquette Handle front desk duties including book keeping, accounting, entering MLS listings. Perform data entry, excel, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Use office management tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Lone Wolf for daily administrative tasks Schedule appointments. Support bookkeeping activities including basic bookkeeping and invoice processing as needed Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining office supplies Provide support as a personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist when required, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism Maintain a tidy reception area and organize files for easy retrieval Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills Knowledge of Lone Wolf, QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus Clerical experience involving data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and document management Customer service background with a focus on delivering positive support experiences Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join us in creating an energetic workplace where your organizational talents make a real difference!
