Job Description
Growing small animal hospital in Phoenixville/Valley Forge area is searching for a Veterinary receptionist with exceptional people skills and a passion for helping animals and people. Experience in the Veterinary field preferred but may consider training the right candidate that has prior experience working with animals in a related career field. The successful candidate will possess adept people skills and thrive on heavy client service contact. This position requires a flexible schedule, including evening, Saturday and occasional morning shifts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering phones Computerized scheduling/appointment confirmations/record keeping Patient check in/check out Provide excellent client service Fill prescriptions/orders Prepare charts for appointments/procedures Maintain a clean and organized work space Requirements of the position: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Enthusiastic People Person Exceptional interpersonal skills Calm, confident manner Highly motivated Ability to multitask Superior organizational skills Team player Flexibility Positive attitude Interested candidates should submit a cover letter detailing their interest and what makes them the ideal candidate for this position, as well as their resume.
