Anchorpoint Counseling Ministry is seeking a part-time receptionist to work five days per week from 2 pm-7 pm. Duties include reception, client payment processing, and clerical activities as well as other tasks necessary to provide cohesion and support for staff and daily operations. Microsoft Office Skills and the ability to learn other frequently used software and office equipment a plus. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, detail-oriented, a multi-tasker, team oriented, and a strong communicator. Part Time Schedule:
25 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 2 pm-7 pm) Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Serve as the greeter for all visitors and community partners coming into the building Complete client intakes within a timely manner (24 hours) Track client intakes through the entire client onboarding process to ensure the intake is on track to completion Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate staff member Completes the check-in and checkout processes with clients, including collecting payments at time of service Schedule and reschedule clients as the staff requests Keep all hard copy consent forms (if any), fee slips, and forms stocked at all times Assist with routine office tasks, including scanning, copying, shredding, organizing, and sorting Protect clients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information Participate in mandatory all staff meetings (once per quarter on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 1:30-3:00 pm) Treat all clients, staff, and community members/partners with respect, kindness, warmth, and hospitality Benefits include 8 paid holidays and a Simple IRA account with up to 3% matching after $5,000 earned in a calendar year Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years of age and are required to obtain an Act 33 Clearance, Act 34 Clearance, and FBI fingerprints before starting.Job Type:
