In this vital role, you will create a welcoming environment, manage appointments, handle administrative tasks, and support the veterinary staff with essential client communication. Your enthusiasm for animal care combined with excellent organizational skills will help ensure smooth clinic operations and happy clients. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and efficiently check in and check out pets and their owners, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up communications with clarity and professionalism Support veterinary staff with tasks such as animal restraint, handling, and basic care procedures Assist in animal radiographs, catheterization procedures and other critical care tasks under supervision when needed Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area, exam rooms, kennels, and laboratory spaces Skills Strong knowledge restraint techniques, and pet care best practices Experience with animal handling across various species including dogs, cats, reptiles, birds and small mammals Excellent communication skills for interacting confidently with pet owners and team members Enthusiasm for learning is essential Join us if you're passionate about animals and eager to make a difference in their lives!
