Job Description

Position Summary The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations and providing administrative and customer support for the office. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and incoming communications by phone, email, and in person, while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, handling customer inquiries, supporting management and team members with administrative tasks, maintaining organized office procedures, and performing general clerical duties as needed. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, along with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Primary Responsibilities Welcome, greet, and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner Serve as the first point of contact for all front desk and incoming communications Answer incoming customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate departments or team members Provide friendly and professional customer support Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area Record and maintain customer information within company databases Assist customers and team members according to company policies Collaborate with management to stay informed on products, services, and updates Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and office correspondence as needed Perform general office and administrative duties as needed Support daily front desk operations and organizational tasks Assist with other clerical responsibilities as assigned PDC Core Values Alignment At PDC Spas, culture drives performance. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and email Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable work ethic and professional demeanor 2 years customer service experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred
