Housekeeping/Laundry

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure that all linens and garments are impeccably cleaned and presented. Your contributions will play a vital role in providing a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. Handle dry cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring garments are treated with care. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use. Follow established protocols for handling chemicals and cleaning agents safely. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of proper laundering techniques and dry cleaning processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to lift and move heavy items as required during cleaning and laundry duties.
