• Fun The Challenge … Our Client Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting our entire team by:
• Ensuring each phone call into the agency gets to the right individual for service
• Data entry
• Handling the mail
• Assisting with billing customers
• Greeting clients
• Providing proof of insurance and other administrative duties
• Follow up on customer payments What You Must Bring to the

Table:

• Administrative experience
• Motivated by hard work and doing what is right
• Strong written and verbal communication skills Prior insurance agency experience helpful
• Efficient, accurate, professional, and someone with an eye for details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
