JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Performs receptionist duties and provides clerical support for office. Greets patients and interfaces with hospital staff, clinical staff, patients and visitors in a professional manner.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Heartspring Wellness Center offers services to help clients achieve their best health in mind, body and spirit. Services include integrative primary care, integrative medicine consultations, naturopathic medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMT), acupuncture, nutrition counseling and classes, chronic disease management, integrative cancer support services, massage therapy, movement therapy, mind-body medicine, stress and symptom reduction, biofeedback and imagery for pain reduction and better living.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience and/or training with computer applications required. Minimum of one (1) year experience and/or training in a position of similar responsibility and complexity preferred. Experience and/or training with medical/insurance terminology preferred.
