Specific attention to detail and strong communication skills are a must. This candidate must also maintain computer filing systems, coordinate calendars, and assist with other administrative duties as needed. Previous customer service experience is required—prior law firm experience is preferred. A hybrid work environment is available.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer all correspondence in a timely manner and conduct telephone interviews with prospective clients. Organize and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current case files. Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative tasks as required. Coordinate and manage appointments through the calendar system using phone, email, and text communication. Run errands for the office as needed. Provide support to team members as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications:
One year of previous customer service experience. Strong telephonic communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working at a law firm. Strong written communication skills. Familiarity with Clio Grow and Clio Manage.
