Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant professional to join our team! The position requires the following, but is not limited to: Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office. Effectively communicate with other departments through verbal and/or written correspondence. Operate telephone switchboard handling incoming and outgoing calls. Organize and distribute branch mail. Assists with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere on request.
