Position Overview We are seeking a polished, organized, and customer-focused Remote Front Desk Coordinator to act as the virtual front desk representative for our company. In this fully remote role, you will manage first impressions through calls and communications, coordinate schedules, and provide essential administrative support. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic support role and excels at multitasking in a professional virtual environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and inquiries Greet clients, partners, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars Direct inquiries and requests to the appropriate departments or team members Maintain accurate records of communications, appointments, and client information Perform data entry, updates, and organization of digital records and databases Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and reporting Monitor and respond to multiple communication channels efficiently Ensure all interactions reflect positively on the company's brand and values Qualifications & Requirements Must be located in the United States (U.S. citizens or legally authorized to work in the U.S) 6+ months of receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Excellent professional phone etiquette and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience 100% remote position (US only) Flexible scheduling with core business hours Paid time off and company holidays Training and professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment VIKTech is an equal opportunity employer.
