Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role you will, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. We need a person educated in all things insurance; prior authorizations, copays, and deductibles. Your positive attitude and professional demeanor will help create a friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office skills while contributing to a dynamic team. Duties Greet patients warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and relay messages efficiently Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including filing and data entry tasks Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including proofreading documents for accuracy Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Assist with clerical duties such as maintaining records, and managing office documentation Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure professional communication at all times Experience Previous office experience or clerical background is highly preferred Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse client interactions confidently Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse clientele effectively Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and friendly demeanor will make a real difference! Pay:
