Job Description

Job Summary A professional, mission-driven organization is seeking an Accounting/Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, front desk coordination, client service, records management, and general administrative functions. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and contributing to meaningful community-focused work. The Accounting/Administrative Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for clients, visitors, vendors, and internal staff while helping maintain accurate documentation, appointment schedules, and office records. This role is well-suited for someone who values a structured weekday schedule, supportive teamwork, and the opportunity to build long-term administrative experience in a stable public sector environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors while providing professional front desk and receptionist support.
  • Answer, route, and respond to incoming phone calls and general inquiries regarding program services.
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments for new and existing clients.
  • Enter, update, scan, file, and organize client information, administrative documents, and electronic records.
  • Assist clients with intake paperwork and support accurate, confidential records management.
  • Provide general clerical support, including copying, filing, mail distribution, document preparation, data entry, and special projects. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Range:
    $38,000 to $45,000 per year.
  • Job Type:
    Temp-to-Hire.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
