Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, healthcare providers, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. Your expertise in administrative support, and excellent customer service will help facilitate smooth daily operations within our healthcare facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to quality patient care while utilizing your strong clerical skills and healthcare knowledge. Duties Greet residents, visitors, healthcare professionals, and staff with professionalism and warmth, providing exceptional patient service at all times Schedule appointments and coordinate care plans with clinical staff to ensure timely patient flow Handle phone communication with professionalism, including answering inquiries, scheduling calls, and directing calls appropriately using phone etiquette Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and answering multi-line phone system. Proven experience in a medical office setting or healthcare environment with clerical responsibilities in LTC or skilled nursing facilities Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities Ability to review medical documentation accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel for administrative tasks Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, documentation review, and office management tasks Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join our team to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents by providing outstanding front desk support within a vibrant healthcare community.
