• Pay Rate:

• $11/hour

• Assignment Length:

• 6-8 weeks (or longer, based on need) We are seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist for a short-term assignment.

• Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner Perform light administrative and front desk duties Assist with basic accounting tasks and data entry (Excel experience required)

• Requirements:

• Previous front desk or receptionist experience Basic accounting and payment processing experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred Strong communication and organizational skills This is a great short-term opportunity with the potential to extend - perfect for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in!
