Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and bilingual (if applicable), ready to handle multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism. Join us to create a positive first impression and support our team with efficient office management. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Handle front desk duties including check-ins, appointment scheduling, and visitor sign-in procedures Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily administrative tasks Support office operations by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments efficiently Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining supplies to keep the office running smoothly Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Support bookkeeping activities including basic data entry for invoices or expenses when needed Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred; experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and familiarity with data entry systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proven customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and effective communication abilities in bilingual settings (if applicable) Experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing appointment calendars efficiently Clerical experience involving filing, proofreading, and document management is highly desirable Knowledge of office management practices including bookkeeping or basic bookkeeping skills are advantageous Join us to be the friendly face that makes every visitor feel welcome while supporting our team's success through excellent administrative service!
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
