The ideal candidate has:

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks. Positive and professional demeanor. In this role, you will: Welcome patients and answer phones, texts, and emails professionally. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently. Enter and maintain accurate medical records. Process payments and ensure patient account accuracy. Perform light filing and maintain office supplies (as needed). Be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment.

We offer:
