Job Description

Contract Exteriors, a leading exterior renovation company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven receptionist to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to receive and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively engage with potential customers. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and capable of maintaining a positive and professional attitude. You must love to TALK and LISTEN to solve all our customers needs!

Responsibilities:
Maintain lead database and update customer information regularly. Schedule appointments Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to ensure continued interest. Maintain a proactive approach to reschedule canceled appointments. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets. Handling incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate individuals or departments, and take messages as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with Administrative tasks as needed.
What we are seeking:
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
