As the first person our patients and families interact with, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with both children and adults, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to make every patient feel welcomed and valued. Schedule Full-time position 32 to 36 hours per week Benefits Eligible full-time employees receive: Medical and dental insurance Paid vacation and sick leave Profit sharing and 401(k) plan Uniform allowance Continuing education opportunities Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm patient appointments Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures Maintain accurate patient records and office communication Support the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a busy office environment Experience with computers and multi-line phone systems preferred Orthodontic or dental office experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude If you have a genuine passion for helping others and would like to be part of a team dedicated to creating beautiful smiles and positive patient experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
