Job Description

Receptionist Full-time In-Person Position:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Receptionist plays an important role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting the day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping needs of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and common area. Receive and distribute mail. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry. Assist with invoicing, payments and other bookkeeping functions.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company, employee, and client information.
Qualifications Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a busy office environment. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn office software and systems.
Preferred:
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service or bookkeeping experience. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, or similar business applications.
  • Experience handling invoices, payments, and deposits.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A welcoming and professional demeanor. Effective telephone and in-person communication skills. Good judgment and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Initiative and willingness to assist clients and co-workers. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
