Part-Time Receptionist - State Farm Agency (Athens, TN) We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to support a busy State Farm insurance office in Athens, TN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a professional office environment. Compensation $15 - $17 per hour (based on experience) Part-time hours with potential for additional hours during peak periods. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Greet and assist walk-in clients Handle basic customer service inquiries and route insurance-related questions appropriately Assist with client billing, including payment processing support and account inquiries Schedule appointments and maintain calendar organization Assist with general office support and administrative tasks Maintain a positive and professional office atmosphere Ideal Candidate Friendly, professional, and reliable Strong communication and phone skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling systems) Prior office or customer service experience preferred (not required) Insurance experience is a plus!
