As a locally owned and managed practice, we prioritize a niche approach with an emphasis on Fear Free techniques and excellent customer service. Our goal is to create a low-stress environment for both pets and their owners, which in turn reduces stress for our team. Please note that we focus solely on medical services; we do not offer boarding or grooming. The ideal candidate will communicate cheerfully, clearly, and professionally, both in person and over the phone. This is a full-time role working 4 days a week, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and opportunities for overtime. Look Forward To:

•Greeting clients as they arrive at the clinic. Managing a multiple-line phone system. Scheduling appointments efficiently for the clinic. Obtaining and maintaining current patient records and client information. Accurately relaying messages to team members and clients. Handling payment transactions, balancing the cash drawer, and preparing deposit slips. Recording all communications with clients, including phone calls, in-person interactions, texts, and emails. Performing general housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning exam rooms, maintaining the front lobby, assisting with kennel and treatment area cleaning, laundry, and dishes. Providing client education. Learning and developing new protocols, such as Fear Free Certification, and more.

Offering :

Hourly wage range based on experience starting at $11 for no experience but will scale pay to meet experience or more with a sign-on bonus if experienced in the veterinary field in this position. 401 k with employer matching PTO prorated after 90 days Paid Holidays Employee discounts on services and products. Continuing Education & Fear Free Certification after 6 mos.
