Candidate must possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, professionalism, excellent computer skills, and the ability to adapt to any situation. Must have 1 year or more years experience as Property Management Assistant or Leasing Agent Duties to include: Answering customer inquiries by phone or in person in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the application process by gathering documents and necessary information from tenant prospects, and then completing the screening process. Creating and sending out leases, renewals, rent increases, amendments Create violation forms and follow up Receive rental payments Advertising / social media / website management Handle communication with tenants, owners, prospective applicants, vendors in an empathetic and effective manner. Settle tenant conflicts and complaints in the most effective manner.
Qualifications:
Tech savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and be able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets, Word, Excel, and Internet skills. Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents and be extremely organized. Flexible in daily routine; able to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities. Able to stay calm and patient when faced with emotional situations. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities. Experience with Property Management software a plus. Be organized and able to multi-task easily Knowledge of both Fair Housing and Tennessee Landlord Tenant Laws. Salary $16-$18 per hour. Salary negotiable based on experience
