Part-time, around 2 days per week Preferred days:
Monday and Friday Hours:
Normal business hours, 8:00 AM - 4:00
PM Experience:
No experience required — willing to train the right person! Pulse Health is looking for a dependable, friendly, motivated person to join our TRT and wellness clinic as a Medical Secretary / Front Desk Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an interest in the medical field and wants real hands-on experience in a growing healthcare clinic. This position would be a great fit for someone interested in becoming a medical assistant, nurse, phlebotomist, surgical assistant, pharmacy technician, medical office manager, or anyone wanting to build a future in healthcare. About the Position We are looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a welcoming personality. This person will help greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, communicate with patients, take payments, help keep the clinic organized, and assist with daily clinic operations. The atmosphere at Pulse Health is professional, happy, laid-back, and patient-focused. We want someone who can put a smile on their face when patients walk in, make them feel welcome, and help meet their needs. Job Duties May Include Responsibilities may include: Answering phones and communicating with patients Scheduling consultations and follow-up visits Greeting patients and checking them in/out Taking payments Contacting patients by phone or message Helping maintain patient schedules and clinic flow Basic charting and documentation assistance Assisting the provider with patient care plans and treatment organization Helping prepare and organize medications/supplies for patient dispensing under provider direction Keeping track of office and medical supplies Notifying the provider when supplies are running low Helping keep the clinic clean, organized, and ready for patients Opening and closing the clinic when needed Assisting with minor medical procedures when appropriate Possible training in injections, phlebotomy, and laboratory procedures Helping grow the clinic through great patient communication and interest in medical services Training Opportunities No medical experience is required. For the right person, on-the-job training may include: Medical office workflow Patient communication Charting and documentation Medication organization and dispensing support Injection assistance Phlebotomy/lab training Medical sales and patient service communication Clinic management basics This position has room to grow for someone interested in becoming a future medical assistant, phlebotomist, office manager, or healthcare professional.
