$15.00 - $16.00 / hour Description Flatt Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing animal hospital team. We are a compassionate, client-focused veterinary practice dedicated to providing high-quality medical care and exceptional customer service to pets and their families. If you have experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, medical office, or healthcare setting and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we would love to connect with you. The Veterinary Receptionist plays a critical role in maintaining smooth daily operations while delivering an outstanding client experience. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Front Desk Operations Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy veterinary environment Answer multi-line phones and manage high call volumes Respond to client inquiries regarding services, procedures, and policies Provide clear communication between clients and veterinary staff Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for exams, surgeries, and follow-ups Optimize appointment flow to support efficient clinic operations Minimize wait times while maintaining accuracy Oversee patient check-in and discharge processes Process payments, issue receipts, and manage invoices Maintain accurate financial documentation Accurately enter and update client and patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Maintain organized, detailed, and compliant medical records Assist with administrative tasks including filing and data entry Prepare patient information for veterinarians and technicians Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism Resolve issues efficiently and escalate when appropriate Support clients during routine visits and emotionally sensitive situations Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff Support workflow and patient care coordination Contribute to a respectful, collaborative team culture Skills, Knowledge & Expertise to be
Successful Preferred:
1-2+ years of experience as a Veterinary Receptionist, Veterinary CSR, or in a medical/healthcare customer service role Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal hospital strongly preferred
Required Skills:
