Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and excellent organizational skills will help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and assistance Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and promptness Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading to ensure accuracy Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, filing, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties including typing, proofreading, data entry, and maintaining office records with excellent organizational skills Experience Previous office or administrative experience is preferred, especially in roles such as medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant roles Proven ability to handle multi-line phone systems and demonstrate strong phone etiquette Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading documents, and managing calendars efficiently Knowledge of office management procedures along with clerical support skills such as typing and organization Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while developing your administrative expertise.
