Full Time Room Attendant Inspector

Housekeeping Inspector Reports to: Director of Housekeeping Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain a working knowledge of approved DoubleTree housekeeping methods and cleaning techniques. Assist in the control of uniforms, ensuring that uniforms and name badges are worn, kept in proper condition and are readily available at all times to the employees. Train and assist in supervising personnel in the Housekeeping Department. Assist in directing the activities in the Housekeeping department in providing daily service to guest rooms and public areas. Inspect ALL guest rooms daily to ensure DoubleTree standards are met. All rooms should be turned in the system from the phone system as possible. Follow up on Director of Housekeeping's instructions for special cleaning procedures. Include areas such as window washing, shampooing of carpets, a general cleaning and vent cleaning. Follow daily focus calendar. Assist the Director in taking end of month inventories and ordering. Ensure that all cleaning agents are properly diluted and used accordingly. Participate in cleaning rooms, laundry, houseperson duties as the level of business dictates. Assist in keeping lost and found. Assist in supervising, hiring, disciplining, suspending, scheduling, training, and development of personnel. Other duties as required by GM or Director of Housekeeping to ensure operational efficiency
