Job Description

We're hiring for a Medical Receptionist to work
FULL-TIME
in our fast-paced physicians' office. We currently need someone to work at our Johnson City location. Hours are 8am to 6pm, four days a week, with a Saturday rotation. The responsibilities of the receptionist position include:
  • check in/check out of every patient
  • verifying demographics and insurance
  • taking payments
  • scheduling appointments
  • answering phone calls
  • making outbound calls to patients
